PLASTIC CANVAS

Cut 2 squares of plastic canvas, 20 bars wide and 22 bars long. In one piece, cut a window as indicated by pattern below. Stitch pattern as shown leaving the outer edge undone.

     

Insert your message, keeping the paper 2 bars smaller. You need a snug fit but don't want the paper to shift. Use a piece of clear plastic over message cut same size as paper. Put the two pieces of plastic canvas together and whip stitch closed. Add magnet to the back. You can make up your own message if you'd like. The one in this pattern is below:
